Shipping policy

Thanks for ordering from Cast Ready Flies. Here's how and when your flies get to you.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes.

Shipping rates

Orders $50 and up: free shipping
Orders under $50: $6.00 flat rate

Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders ship within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Orders ship from North Carolina by USPS and typically arrive 5–8 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; weather, carrier delays and peak seasons can add time.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, your package shows delivered but you can't find it, or your order arrives damaged, email us at orders@castreadyflies.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update it if your order hasn't shipped yet. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll do our best to help recover them.
